Ingredients
4-5 boneless skinless thighs, fat trimmed
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cumin
4 c water

Instructions
- Add water and all spices to a pot and stir to incorporate powders
- Add chicken
- Bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes
- Cover (mostly) and reduce to simmer. Simmer for 20 minutes
- Shred with two forks before serving
